我平常就有運動的習慣~也好幾年了~且也快當兵了@@大概再幾個月吧@@~很怕當兵ㄉ時候體能跟力氣(爆發力)會退步的說因為我平常運動是採取漸進式的~慢慢增加難度跟重量的~因為部隊沒有啞鈴也沒有槓片做推舉~或用背包裝著做扶地挺身= =頂多只能用空餘的時間做普通ㄉ扶地挺身跟�
